try, try again...

well, last time wasn't my last time...but its all good to try again!

Trying again...and again. I've been on here for along time. alot longer than i'd like to admit... sometimes i think maybe im afraid to lose the weight. I'm not a motivated person. I suffer from depression, and emotional eating. I have 3 kids I have to live for, but sometimes its not enough to get me to the gym i'm paying for... and I hate wasting money, but that seems to be the last thing on my todo list. But ...

Okay, eww!! Nice try I guess? lol, I'm spoiled because the fountain at my gym has one of those great refill dispensers for water bottles, and the water is cold and filtered. I've seen them around town a bit too. It makes it all super easy! Maybe time to petition student council? ;)

Thanks for the comment on my blog! I actually HATE the texture of juice/ice cream/smoothies. I also HATE HATE cold things, haha. I've tried them all before, because I thought it would be a good way to make sure my nutritional goals were met, but the textures always throw me off. *Sigh* Anyways, I hope that BLC is going swell for you!

All you can do is keep trying and never give up. Even if you have a bad day. It doesn't mean you have to start over. Just get back on track and remember we all are human. :)

Thanks for the comment on my blog!! Giving up wheat IS hard haha. I did it for the month of November, just to try it. I felt great, but didn't think it was sustainable. Going to give it another try, if for nothing else but to have a fresh start.
