Working on a New Me

Hello everyone! :) I'm 21 years old, and throughout my life, my weight has fluctuated up and down. However, in the past 2 years, my weight skyrocketed up an unbelievable amount in such a short time. I have gotten to my highest weight ever and finally decided to make a change. I started 4/5/13. I am 220 pounds and my first goal is to lose 60 pounds and be at 160 by November-ish for a special event, and then my main goal after that is to lose 30 more pounds (90 pounds total) and be at 130. Hello everyone! :) I'm 21 years old, and throughout my life, my weight has fluctuated up and down. However, in the past 2 years, my weight skyrocketed up an unbelievable amount in such a short time. I have gotten to my highest weight ever and finally decided to make a change. I started 4/5/13. I am 220 pounds and my first goal is to lose 60 pounds and be at 160 by November-ish for a special event, and then my main goal after that is to lose 30 more pounds (90 pounds total) and be at 130. Is it possible to lose 60 pounds in 7 months?? I am not sure, but I know it is going to take a lot of work and dedication and I just hope that I am up for it and stick with it. One of the major things that is difficult for me is staying motivated. So, hopefully this website can help me out a little bit with achieving my goal weight :)

My Goals:
I am making 10% goals to reach my final main goal. It helps me stay confident with smaller weight loss goals, than with one giant one.
start: 220
1st goal: 198
2nd goal: 179
3rd goal: 162
4th goal: 146
5th and final: 130!

My Program:
I am eating so much more healthier and definitely doing a lot more portion control. Also, I am exercising about 4-5 days a week. Since I am just starting out, I am only working out for about 30 minutes, but as my weight goes down and I am able to do more things, I want to be able to work out for an hour or two each day
