My Program:
I enjoy walking and
working out- especially Kickboxing , Zumba, and Les Mills Body Pump.
I prefer eating clean and healthy and have eliminated most sugars, unhealthy fats and all red meat also bread and cheese are a no-no for me and I feel better without them. I like vegan cheese, it's surprisingly tasty when melted and only a small amount is needed.

I decided to give up chocolate for a new years resolution and rarely miss it.
I have greatly reduced my salt intake and use fresh herbs and lemon juice instead.
I buy a sack of lemons weekly and use them for flavoring my water too. If i'm hungry I cut up an apple and( I buy many varieties of apples because they're wonderful!) drizzle it with low-fat Raspberry Walnut dressing. (yum
