I've been away too long, from myself, my health, and being happy. I deserve to be happy and healthy so there's no shame in starting over again.
This is what I wrote here in the past:
I believe attitude and kicking your own butt matters A LOT! Without the right attitude, without knowing you CAN accomplish something, you won't succeed. We all have our down times, and we all need rest, but it's HOW and IF we pick ourselves up from it that matters!
That's absolutely right too! I still believe it, just lost myself somewhere along the way.
To maintain physical activity 3 or more times a week and to walk daily.

I'm not in any program. All I've done has been through God and the strength He's bestowed upon me, and support of family and friends.
Cardio, walking, strength training: currently working on endurance, pilates
I'm crazy, I like anything that has to do with insanity, and I'm a quirky dork! lol
Other than that, I'm a good listener and like to help people. It seems I'm always meeting someone and trying to help, which can be draining but God always recharges my batteries. I wish I could say I have an exciting life but it's pretty mundane. lol...but it's blessed. I'm still looking for direction and what to do with my life. I've always wanted to do something in art but how knows maybe that's just a hobby.
