My overall goal is to become a healthier person. I have COPD and i smoke, so I'm trying to stop smoking. I've got to set a date and roll with the punches on it. I know I can do it. I just have to put my mind to it. I am also about 70 pounds overweight. I'm setting a goal of 20 to start. I don't want to overwhelm myself with all the changes..
Well since I'm just starting back I have begun tracking my food and liquid intake, my mood and energy levels and sleep quality, etc.
So I can see where I am and make adjustments to make sure I get where I need to be.
Feedback would be great on this topic, as I don't have anything solid planned.
I am from Birmingham, AL. I have lived here my whole life and while i love the "Ham," I would love to visit other cities around the world.
