I will be counting my calories (as much as that is a pain!) watching my portion sizes, and to STOP drinking pop.
I am here to LOSE weight!!
I lose all motivation it seems like after a week of exercising. It's so frustrarting and I beat myself up about it all the time. If you have any pointers I would love to have some advice.
