Hello SparkPeople! My name is AngelWendyMama and I go by "Angel".

I started on weight loss journey at 300 lbs. I got down to 224 lbs at the lowes, but am now at 255 lbs (Jan. 2014). My goal is to get to 200 by Jan. 2015. I'm an emotional eater and some emotional big things hit me pretty hard. Time to get my health and weight under control again.


Here I am in Sept. 2014 and I'm up to about 275 lbs, approx. 20 lbs higher than I was in January.. Not on the way down to 200 by Jan. 2015 as planned. I wrote the next paragraph before and I'm not at that point now.. Yet. Right now I'm really physically uncomfortable. Everything hurts and nothing fits. And I've been dealing with depression in the last couple months. I'm also emotionally distraught about my weight gain. But.. I've done this before and I can do it again.

This will take time, but it's a journey I want to be on. I'm enjoying the journey and feeling great about my progress! Every day that I eat healthy and exercise with cardio or strength training, I feel stronger inside and out! I can do it! And I know you can do it, too!

This journey is much easier with Spark friends support!

My Goals:
Be healthy.

Keep eating healthy.

Keep moving each day at least 10 minutes.

Walk half an hour a day when possible.

Get to my ideal weight, one day at a time.


My Program:
* Find inspiration without to find it within.
*Get up and move more
*Track food every day.
*Eat a lunch every day.
*Eat healthy foods.
* Eat more fruits and veggies.
* Walk daily, aim for 10,000 steps
* Dance daily.
* Hoop (hula) often for fun and fitness.

My highest weight was 300 in 2006. I lost 60 lbs with SparkPeople and Weight Watchers. Got to 240 lbs. Then got pregnant.

I started again June 28, 2011 at 272 lbs.

I've always been the fat girl, but I'm DONE being the Fat Girl! Now I'm a healthy, fit, fabulous and hot girl!

I will do this naturally - with better nutrition and exercise.


Other Information:
I like to sing. I belong to Animaterra, a woman's choral acapella singing group.


I'm an indigo adult and my son is an indigo child.

    The Libra woman is a "steel fist in a velvet glove" who loves everything beautiful, but can put on work clothes and spend the day doing whatever dirty job is needed.
