LAST CHANCE FOR THE CHASE TO FIND A HEALTHY ME

I have been overweight and obese all my life and now want to become healthy the right way. You can't teach an old dog new tricks and I want to change that phrase. I'm 68 and due for a change of lifestyle. I have 80 pounds to lose and I am going to set mini goals until I get there. I want to be around with my daughter and family and especially my two cats. I will need lots of help along the way.

My Goals:
My goals are to lose 80 lbs the spark way and to be able to increase my walking. With arthritis in my knees, it becomes painful standing and walking distance so need for fitness with these problems.

Personal Information:
I am a big NASCAR fan, love Dale Earnhardt Jr. I have arthritis and need an excercise program that will help. I am 68, have one daughter who has been encourging and I know will be really supportive. I have two cats Ginger, calico and Harley part maincoon, great buddies.

Well, it looks like I am getting better, however, still have to take it easy for awhile. All this is teaching me something, easy does it. Just moving and doing something each day will lead to a giant step forward. It took me a long time to get this fat. I won't get thinner in a few days. Yet, I will if I just keep at it, little by little.

No, I may not be able to do six hours of heavy cleaning, but I can do a 15 min. clean-up, a 27 Fling Boggie, get 2-3 loads of laundry done and do my chair exercises, and feel like a million. Now that's awesome when I think about it.

So you may not feel like doing much today, but you can do something and that something just might be awesome too. Today is amazing Monday--No Excuses Allowed. Today is a Perfect Day to Just Do What You Can and Feel Good.

Hi, Well I finally reached that point where I am sick and tired about looking I do and feeling like I do. This gave me the kick in the pants to start my 100 day get healthy project. Today I am on day 4!! My first two day I over did exercising and paid a price called pain. Today, I did much better and I watching my portion size, plus eating three meals daily, NOT drinking soda, also walking and dancing for exercise. It's only day four, but I can feel my stomach has gone down emoticon emoticon
