Whee!

It's taken a few years, but I am now at a weight that makes me extremely happy. I weigh no less than I did when I started SparkPeople before college, but my attitude has shifted dramatically since then. I do my best to stay as healthy as possible without any sacrifice in pleasure, and it's working well for me. I now use SparkPeople as a fitness recorder, mental health tracker, and inspirational tool.

I love walking and climbing stairs (to a destination, not on a machine). Exercise videos are very fun for me.

Lame. I work both morning and afternoon Friday. Maybe we can do tomorrow afternoon? I'm sure there's some class we could do together. And if not, we can still do the walk.
