Wow ... I feel like I've been gone from here forever. And for me, being gone doesn't add up to anything good!
So here I am, back again, and trying to make a new start! Wish me luck!!!

My Goals:
I'd love to lose about 50 pounds and get healthy and back into my favorite clothes again.

Arthritis is really in my family and I've had 3 major joints replaced, so every time I lose a pound...my knees cheer! Had 2 heart attacks in Sept. 2010...Also had major back surgery in Oct. 2011.

My Program:
I'm trying to stay within my daily calorie limits, drink my water & walk on the treadmill. I also allow myself one night a week for something I've been craving...or I can't stay with it.

Personal Information:
I live in beautiful Wisconsin.
I Love God.
I Love working on family trees.
I Love Reading.
I Love Travel.
I'm thankful for my family and friends and faith.
Have served on short-term mission teams in Honduras, Bosnia and Uganda.

What do you crave on your one night a week? I have been on this plan for one month, I need to be on it 3 months. My Dr. worked it out with me, because he knows I hate medication. I have 56 lbs to lose in all. I don't weigh in, until I am in his office. I am really getting excited because 1 pant size already gone in "ONE MONTH"!!!
I walk with Debbie Sansone, I am doing 1 mile and a half, this week. I am increasing it to two miles next week (I add a half mile each week) One thing I was never good at was consistantsy in exercise. I finally found my niche. I have a treadmill, or lets say my clothes hanger. I find it boring, I cannot concentrate on the walking, hydrating, TV or book, it just doesn't work for me. I commend you for being able to use your treadmill.
You will do it Anna, it's all about determination, will and wanting to be healthy. I wish you all the best! MJ
