I'm a yo-yo dieter who finally got down to her goal weight at WW and stayed there for over 4 years now. WooHoo! I can stay under my WW goal weight but to take that next step to lose 10 more seems to elude me. No, I can't say that. I'm not tracking all the time so that may be when I eat more! I can stay under my WW goal weight but to take that next step to lose 10 more seems to elude me. No, I can't say that. I'm not tracking all the time so that may be when I eat more! I feel I'm exercising more but am I eating more then? Unfortunately when losing weight, my calorie range is pretty low to begin with. Even with doing exercise, I have to keep the calories pretty low. Anyway to my mindset it's pretty low. I also have a huge stomach and would really like to get it down. I've never had a flat stomach but this is way too much. It's bad health-wise too! I think some of it is trying to lose weight being post-menopausal Is less sugar and less carbs the answer? Well, enough said, now it's time to do something!

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals 5% winter/spring Challenge:
1. Exercise every day - walking is every day; treadmill &/or elliptical 3x and strength 3x/week
2. Ill use what I learned from WW with tracker and also any ideas I've picked up from Belly Fat Cure, Abs Diet for Women, Low Carb/Sugar.
3. Will help encourage all whenever I can.
4. Go Team!

Personal Information:
I'm from the mid-west. Lived in NY for quite a few years and then we moved back to the mid-west.
Our dogs and cats are our kids :-)


Other Information:
Enjoy movies but usually rent DVDs to see one.
Love readng. Read mysteries most of the time - Evanovich is one of my favorites. Coffeehouse mysteries also.
Enjoy walking, also using the elliptical, and doing walking tapes. Do not have a trainer at the gym anymore so trying to do strength myself at gym and home.
Love Gardening - can't wait till May!

I too am an avid cat person. Had 7 at one time, all left by my children and all kittens. I am down to one 16 yo male Maine Coon Franklin. Lost 4 cats in two years, Franklin will be my last and will be sad to have my buddy leave me, but he will go to Rainbow Heaven and be with all the other cats. Have a great day
