Let's Do It!!!

I'm a yo-yo dieter who finally got down to her goal weight at WW and stayed there for over 6 years now. WooHoo! I can stay at my WW goal weight but to take that next step to lose 10 more seems to elude me. I'm tracking off and on now and really not exercising like I used to. Had surgery and after healed from that broke my little toe last year and just have not gotten back to the healthy way of doing things. Trying to lose weight being post-menopausal is not easy either! I'm glad with all ...

It's hard on both you and your Mom when the roles are reversed. Whether or not she admits it, she is thankful you are there for her. Do what you can, as you can. It will do neither of you any good if you exhaust yourself mentally & physically.

Know that as you go through this, you are not alone.
