There isn't a meaningful goal that can be achieved, without facing obstacles and hurdles. It's an inevitable part of life's road to success. The more you come to grips with this, the faster you'll get where you want to go!

Instead of seeing difficulties as the end or your dreams, see them as part of the journey. View obstacles as challenges, which, once overcome, will bring you closer to your destination, Refuse to be stopped - keep focusing on where you want to go.

When the going gets tough, remind yourself that snags build wisdom, perseverance and strength, with this outlook your frustrations will transform to motivations and success will come your way more quickly.

Taken from Meditation for Women

I have struggled with my weight all my life. I'm making a commitment to finally lose the wieght for me, for my son, for my life! I want to know what it is like to feel normal, to fit in the world. To go on a shopping spree! ;)

Hi Anna, thank you for the workout DVD goodie...it was so good to hear from you. My summer has been going well and I hope yours has too.

How nice that you were able to go to Poland. I've never been out of the country, so I'm jealous! Have a great rest of the week, drop by my page anytime!
Big hugs,
Pixie

"You've heard the old procrastinator's turn of phrase, "Don't do today what you can put off until tomorrow." Well, the same goes for procrastination itself. Put if off until tomorrow. Seize the future you want by seizing the present you have. Get started now – not tomorrow, next week or when you get around to it. "Around to it" never seems to get here."

“The difference between stepping stones and stumbling blocks is not in the event itself but how you think about it and what you do after it.
Every failure and setback can become part of your success or an excuse for quitting or failing. People who develop the discipline of positivity are both happier and more successful."
