Getting Up and Out!

My main goal is to ratchet up my fitness level, and gain strength and flexibility for whatever I want to be doing. But I do need to lose about 12 lbs, mostly off my waistline. I'm really looking forward to spring and summer adventures outside, in a strong body with endurance to spare!
