I always tend to make excuses instead of taking action. It often seems like the time is not right to make positive changes in my current life. I came across this quote today and it really made me stop and think about my life and what I need to be doing.
Sheila

“Don’t wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.”

Happy Tuesday!
One of the teams I belong to wants us to track our Daily Cardio. I have four of your dvds that I use when it's rainy or too hot to go outside and walk. I don't know if or what to count as cardio. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help! emoticon Nancy

Hello DHOGEBOOM1,

Are you the lady from Kenya? If so, I am sorry for the trouble you are having with one of the DVDs...please email us at sales@strongerseniors.com so we can perhaps help you.

Approximate calories burned for 'Stretch' is 250, for 'Strength' it's 350 - 380.

Minutes-Stretch 44, Strength 51.

Please stay in touch... and stay strong,

Anne

I have 3 of your Senior Fitness DVDs but I wish there was a way to add the calories burned as well as the minutes to the fitness tracker. Can you help me? Thanks.
