Now 56 and feel I need to make the effort to keep fit and healthy.
Reached goal weight October 2010 and have maintained for 4 years.
Aim to do 30 mins + exercise every day to run 3 miles twice a week and walk at least a mile in my lunch break when I am at work. I am not tracking my food but watch what I eat and need to go for portion control and not use food as a reward . I am also aiming to drink 6+ glasses of water a day.

Hi Honey, I injured my wrist when a chair tipped over backwards that I was using as leverage to stand up, and over a few days it just got worse until I thought it best to go to A&E. They didn't x-ray, said it is torn ligament and damage or pinching from swelling affecting the ulnar nerve. Bit of a pain that it is the right one this time. Been told I'll be in a splint for about 6 weeks, and have to keep alternately icing and heating it. Loving your Sparkpage pics. She is growing up fast, isn't she? :-)
