Hi Anne
I did the lawn edges on Saturday in record time, guess I did a good job before winter set in as it was a cinch this time- done in an hour!
Hopefully tomorrow I'll get the mower out while Pete's ensconced in F1 qualifying emoticon

Have a great weekend hun emoticon

I'm fine, thanks for checking on me. I've just been insanely busy, trying to set up my own business again. :-) How are you doing? I think you and I should have a very merry unbirthday lunch one day soon. :-)

The strength will come! My cardio has decreased a lot since I was in my full weight loss swing (due to less exercise, less time and some other issues), but I am gradually trying to increase it again!

I recently started looking into diy paintings and completed one (not the greatest looking), but I do find it enjoyable! As for housework....well I am not the biggest fan!

At least you are participating in the races and completeing them! That is fantastic!

Hi Anne! Thanks for the Goodie! My SP name is derived from one of my hobbies - playing the bagpipes, and my initials. How about yours? I love hummus and fresh veggies, as well as peanut butter and bananas...maybe a bit too much! As for the plank, at the moment I would say about 40-50 seconds uninterrupted, but about 2 years ago when I was in very good shape I would say at least 75+ seconds!

What are your favourite activities?

I see you enjoy running, how many races have you competed in?
