Now 56 and feel I need to make the effort to keep fit and healthy.
Reached goal weight October 2010 and have maintained for 4 years.
Aim to do 30 mins + exercise every day to run 3 miles twice a week and walk at least a mile in my lunch break when I am at work. I am not tracking my food but watch what I eat and need to go for portion control and not use food as a reward . I am also aiming to drink 6+ glasses of water a day.

Hi Anne. I hear ya, I'm bouncing around at the top of my range, too. I had lost a few and then poof! One or two days of Chinese food (take out) and it's all back! I think water retention is a big thing when we're just talking two pounds or so. Oh, well. Off to vacation in Anguilla tomorrow morning! Can't wait-sun, water, no snow and cold like we have here in NY! Have a wonderful weekend!

My job search is going slow... but good news! I heard yesterday that I'm to go for an interview with a company next Wednesday. So, we'll see if they want this ole gal. (o: I could probably work circles around the youngin's... LOL
