Now 55 and feel I need to make the effort to keep fit and healthy lbs have just crept on over the last few years and I need to stop the rot Reached goal weight October 2010 and have maintained for 2 years. However 8lbs have crept back on so now to call a halt and get back on track.
Aim to do 30 mins + exercise every day to run 4 miles once a week and walk at least a mile in my lunch break when I am at work. I am not tracking my food but watch what I eat and need to go for portion control and not use food as a reward . I am also aiming to drink 6+ glasses of water a day.
