Anne is aiming to be healthy and fit for life.
I am a palliative care nurse/lecturer, working full time I have been married for thirty five years and have a son of thirty two and a daughter of twenty nine both who have left home. One grand daughter age 1 and two kittens.

My Goals:
Now 54 and feel I need to make the effort to keep fit and healthy lbs have just crept on over the last few years and I need to stop the rot
Reached goal weight October 2010 and have maintained for a year. My goal is to stay at 10 stone, UK size 10.
My Program:
Now maintaining and aim to do a little exercise every day. I am not tracking my food but watch what I eat and need to go for portion control. I am also drinking water around 6 glasses a day.

My name is Anne I live in Chelmsford in Essex, England. I am 54 years old and am married with two grown up children, one granddaughter and two kittens.
I work full time as a palliative care nurse/lecturer in a hospice.
Other Information:
I read lots, at present mostly crime and thrillers.
Enjoy my home and garden.
Learning to enjoy exercise I run a little, do exercise DVD's and a little hula hooping .
