It has been impressive, that's for sure. I've had a good view of some of the lightning strikes and very grateful we weren't affected. I love watching storms, but am always very mindful of the damage they can cause. My only moan is the fact that I am sweat-drenched practically 24 hours a day. If the weather isn't making me sweat, the exercise is, and the hot flashes fill in any gaps. LOL

How about you?

Hi Anne, I reckon they're on a "get it done early coz it's Friday and we want to leg it home" shift LOL

Feels decidedly sticky and humid here, food shop was a joy as the shops are cool.

Sun is expected tomorrow- just one more down pour please for the grass LOL
Have a great weekend Anne, be nice for you to have brekkie in the garden reading the newspaper!! emoticon

Wow! Sorry to read you had such a bad time of it as well. What was it with adults back then not protecting us kids? I'm glad you bit him! :-)
The trouble with all this is it also made taking my kids to the dentist really traumatic. I was so scared they would get the same treatment, and it was really hard to sit in the room with them when they had fillings or in Bry's case, having a brace fitted. Fortunately, I managed to keep my fear under control so they have only had positive experiences.

emoticon I've just finished a mammoth blog about the whole experience. I'm recovering nicely from the experience, thanks, though my face still feels bloomin' sore.
Just got to wait for the results now, I guess.
Think my sense of humour is still intact. :-)
