Thanks, Annie, for the support on my blog. I think it would help me to try eating a healthy snack in between meals to keep me satisfied all day. I don't even feel good when I over eat or eat something heavy and unhealthy. This begs the question why do I do it then. Old bad habits........ some inner reflection sure can't hurt.
I like the idea in your status......working on indoor spring cleaning now. That sounds like a plan! Happy cleaning!
I am loving the gym. I just don't get to go as often as I would like because of the 30 mile drive. The good thing though is they are opening a location here (sometime this month) that I will have access to every day, within minutes of my home and job. How are things your way?
Sometimes we all have those days where motivation is low, the scale lies, the work is too hard, the sun won't come out, you just don't want to bother, or it's easier just to eat the cake and not worry about it.
