July goal: To learn a healthier lifestyle and make it past 21 days (my average 'give-up' date). *COMPLETE on 07/22/09* To be below 425 pounds. *COMPLETE on 07/09/09* To be below 400 pounds. EXERCISE: My program has changed... I found my previous work-out schedule to be too stringent so I simplified it. Cardio = 3 to 5 times a week for 30-45 minutes (Cardio of choice = low impact step aerobics) Strength Training = 1 to 2 times a week for 15 - 20 minutes (ST of choice = Home Gym upper body (arms) and lowerbody (leg press)) NUTRITION: Stay within limits provided by SparkPeople Get 5 Servings of Fruit/Vegetables per day Drink 8 Cups of water a day Limit the 'Naughty food' intake MODERATION-MODERATION-MODERATION!
