I'm sorry to hear that you needed to be hospitalized, but I hope the new meds that the GI doc prescribed help. Nausea can be really hard to get under control.

hi thank you for thinking of me. I have been struggling some with the weight loss habits but I think I just need more consistency. I have been busy with my grandson lately. He is three and I watch him often while his parents work. so getting a routine is somewhat challenging. However, I have been exercising each day and building some stamina.

Thank you for relating to me and helping me feel that I'm not the only one who has trouble with the weight loss thing. I forget that it isn't easy for other people either. so, a little encouragement for me goes a long way. Have a Happy Thanksgiving too!!
