I like the spring look to your sparkpage!!! Also, I would like to thank you for the good advice you gave me on my blog a couple of days ago. I'm enjoying the fact that I don't have to be perfect which seems to be what I used to do. So, with each fall I get back up and do better each time. I really need to work on my mind too!! Not just my body!! So, I can get healthy and climb the stairs without a struggle and with vigor. P.S. I put the Rocky theme song on my phone when it rings. We can do it!!!
