My Goals:
Lose an average of 1 pound each week for the BLC Spring Challenge.

Put my health first by finding time to exercise, track my food, and meditate. Every darn day.

Make exercise a part of my regular routine. (4-5 days per week)

Hit my goal weight by September 1, 2014

Spend at least 15 minutes a day for quiet, me time.

My Program:
Up to 1600 cal/day

Exercise a min of 200 minutes each week.

Drink 8 glasses of water each day.

Married, mother of 12 year old boy and 7 year old Golden Retriever
