My Goals:
Goal is to continue at WorkoutWorld 3 times a week. Have worked up to 20 minutes on elliptical and 3-4 miles on low impact bicycle each visit.

Goal to maintain 1250-1350 calories per day.

My Program:
Maintain supplements of Calcium Care, CoEnzyme Q10 and CVS VItamin Chew Tabs.
Have switched to Smart Balance Healthy Heart vegetable mix oil completely!



Personal Information:
5'6". 148 lbs Feb 2014.

Maintain daily exercise concept such that actually stretch & tone 3-4 times a week. My muscles require more of a toning effort than I am putting into it.



Other Information:
QA work at Geolabs is no longer an option. Forced to reapply fo new employment.

i saw where you had commented on someones post and the weight you have lost. seeing your weight loss has given me hope. I just hope i can be as strong as you and keep to my weight loss goal, mine is also 130lbs! I got 34lbs before i meet my goal! good luck with yours and i hope i stick to this site and am able to see you meet your goal =]
