My Goals:
Goal is to continue at WorkoutWorld - have been lax at going.

Goal is to at least perform 1-3 ten minute exercise programs per day. Check!

Goal to maintain 1250-1350 calories per day. Check!

My Program:
Maintain supplements of CoEnzyme Q10 and Women's One a Day 50+ vitamin chews.

Have switched to Smart Balance Healthy Heart oil and spreads with flaxseed oil completely!

Am switching to unsweetened soymilk, plain this week. Only 80 calories a glass.

5'6". 153 lbs July 2014.

Current job is less than one day per week.

i saw where you had commented on someones post and the weight you have lost. seeing your weight loss has given me hope. I just hope i can be as strong as you and keep to my weight loss goal, mine is also 130lbs! I got 34lbs before i meet my goal! good luck with yours and i hope i stick to this site and am able to see you meet your goal =]
