Track food daily and stay in calorie range by eating clean...no processed foods.
6000 SparkActivity steps daily.... Get out of the house and to the gym 4 times a week.
I live in Naperville, Illinois which is about 35 miles west of Chicago. I have 5 children but only 1 is living at home at this time. I have a wiener dog named Mia. I volunteer at a homeless shelter, write articles for a website and enjoy Chicago sports teams Bears, Bulls, Sox and Blackhawks!

Thank you so much for what you said on my status about sabotage! I will try to focus on my habits and feeling good and not the scale/weight loss aspect. It will be hard, but if I shift my focus to my sodium challenge and breaking my diet soda habit, maybe I won't be so worried about the overall weight loss.
