Motivation for Tisha
~ I am 48 years old. I am 50+ pounds overweight. I am trying to lose this weight.....again. I need something to keep me motivated to exercise and eat right. I am hoping that Sparkpeople will encourage me. ~ Starting from January 2010...... ~Now i am 49...didn't do too good this year..lost about 4 pounds. but i am still at it....I need to do more cardio..I really want to look forward to walking. And i need to get serious about watching what i eat..Both exercise and watching ...

And i need to get serious about watching what i eat..Both exercise and watching diet are important to losing weight. ~okay its 2012 and I am 50 years old. I got a job in June and gained over 10 pounds. French fries for lunch every day and no exercise will do that. I am going to turn this around. I weighed myself and did my measurements. Diet and exercise are are their way!! In April 2012 I started Weight Watchers. I have lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks. I thing going to weekly meeting and be held accountable to that weigh in scale is working for me.
