Slowly Losing It ;)

I slowly gained some weight, and now I plan to slowly shed it. I entered 2015 at 148lbs and would like to achieve 130lbs by August 2015. After making my goal weight, I want to focus on building muscle definition.

I plan to lose the weight by eating Paleo - at least for a couple months - and walking to work when I can. I've been doing stellar at the eating part so far this year, and pretty good at the exercising part - so I'm optimistic!

A major element of weight loss and overall health that I want to get into check this year is my sleeping. With my shift work, I sleep very poorly. But I have a doctor's appointment soon and hope to work with her on finding lasting solutions to help me sleep better!

My Goals:
Get to 130lbs.

Get to a point where I'm sleeping well.

Fit comfortably in my clothes. (Things are a bit tight at the moment!)

My Program:
Eat Paleo, at least for a month or two. Then reassess and possibly reintroduce foods slowly.

Walk to work when possible.

Experiment with ways to help me sleep better.

Other Information:
Best Paleo recipe I've made so far: Honey Sriracha Cashews. (Worst: Ginger Lime Pork.)

My internet at home can be horrible too. I have internet at work though and that helps. I have also been known to go to the ranger station at a campground to use wi-fi just to log in and spin the Spark wheel so I could keep my Spark going. At home I will sometimes drive to the local library 5 miles away and sit in the parking lot to use the wi-fi so that I can keep my streak going. It has not been easy, believe me!
