2014...YEAR OF NEW LEVELISM..NO NEXT YEAR THAT YEAR IS RIGHT NOW!!!!

The title says it all...this is it...2014 time to get these last 20/30 lbs then just down to fine tuning of tighten,toning, and maintenance...man what a ride it's been but now it's time to ENJOY LIFE AND LIVE IT TO THE FULLEST!!!

Inviting all my spark friends and sparkers in general to join me on my Fit and Fab journey.

I know with God's grace and continued abling hand 2014 will be my year to declare myself FIT AND FAB!!!

My Program:
PLAN FOR 2013:
I plan to keep walking in my routine it's a good form of.exercise and it works for me.

ST-lift heavier and still do it at least 3x a week. I love this program on prevention and will do it at least 3x this year
