I would love to at least reach 125 lbs, then try for a little more. I am now at the age that I don't want to be 99 because it just starts to look bad like I'm sick or something. lol
I am watching what I eat, am not buying the carton Pepsi's for the house. I am still buying one every once in a while when I am out but not having them in the house is a good start. a problem but I do love the salty stuff. I am going to try and exercise much more than I have been and see if I can just change my life around for the better.
I'm from the beautiful state of Virginia.
I lost my dh of 30 and a half years 8/17/09 and am trying to figure out how to get along without him being here. Thank heavens my dd and dgk's live right next door to me. They do keep me going.
I love to read and if I really like a book can read it over and over again.
I also like to travel and in 2010 went to Disneyland for the first time and on a cruise to the Bahamas. I took my grandkids to Disney World for Christmas in 2011. We spent 10 wonderful days there. I love cameras (have 4 plus a cam corder) and taking pictures.
I have always been a lover of animals and dh said that every animal around knew because they always end up at my house. At the moment I have two dogs, a cat plus one that has started showing up and now a possum that loves the cat food.
Hi, Shirley! Thanks for visiting my blog. So sad for your loss as well as my own. Keeping our happy memories in our hearts is very important, and making new memories even more so. Take care of yourself, so you can make many more.
Your trip sounds wonderful! There's nothing like Disney, and nothing like seeing it through kids' eyes. I laughed at your adventure with misplacing your camera. Just when I think I'm ALL GROWN UP, I do something silly like a 3-year-old. I wonder if there's any hope??? Take care and keep sparkin' Esther!
