My Goals:
Short term weight loss goal -
Lose 8lbs and/or 1inch for 1st August 2014.

Mid term weight loss goal - Get to 16st, 2lbs and/or size uk22 for Autumn 2014.

Long term goal - Get to 10st and/or size uk10 for the last day of August 2015.

My Program:
Having tried every diet under the sun, I have decided that no diet is best. My programme is portion control, fruit and veg at every meal, lean protein, whole grains, and good fats. Moderation and exercise is my key.

Personal Information:
I live in the UK, I have had weight issues my whole life but the last few years, my bulk have increased due to no longer working in a standing only environment and comfort eating.

Other Information:
I actually do not mind being a little plump. It is attractive. But there is a huge difference between curves and not being able to get up from the sofa without grabbing something. I am going on Holiday next year and there is a beautiful UK size 12 dress I have that I want to wear. I also have the worst family history for cancer, diabetes, angina, etc. I have ten years before I reach the age my Mother was when she got cancer. She was never overweight, in fact the opposite, but I can't take such a risk.

"If I could give one tip for people - it's not an exercise or nutrition regimen. It's to walk your talk and believe in yourself, because at the end of the day, the dumbbell and diet don't get you in shape. It's your accountability to your word."
