I am moving, I am learning!!

In this process I am learning. My focus this year is to learn, about myself, my needs and me in general.

I was also bulimic all through high school, when I became pregnant I stopped purging but continued to binge for many years.

Thanks for the Teapot, it's very fitting as I am off coffee once again and drinking green tea instead. Have a new way of looking at food since I've been taking care of my new client who is diabetic. It's a "link and balance" process that I find really easy since I am a very visual person. So the teapot is very timely, Thanks! emoticon emoticon
