fitness fun!
I belong to a gym near my job where I use the elliptical cardio machine and lift weights. At home I use DVDs like Zumba and T-Tapp. I have a weight bench and dumbells set up, my husband uses it too. I have been hula hooping with a weighted hoop 15 min a day about 4 times a week.
