HI! I'm a school teacher in Nebraska. I have struggled for 3 years since a total hysterectomy to lose weight. I've been great about exercising, but never lost much weight at all.

I realized after joining a weight loss clinic that I wasn't eating right. Not even close to right.

I've now lost over 20 pounds in 2 months which for me is UNHEARD of. It used to take me almost a year to lose EIGHT pounds!

I'm happily back in ONEderland and so excited that THIS year I WILL meet my goal weight!!! Trying on clothes is actually already starting to be FUN again and I can actually buy clothes that don't quite fit and a few weeks later they do, it's awesome!

Well, I did it, finally lost a whole 40 lbs. !!! It goes up and down up and down by a couple or 3 all the time, but I am happy that I have basically maintained the same weight for a while. The only frustrating thing is that I have not, and neither has the Metabolic Research Center, figured out how to get the last 20 off of me! This is not even a plateau anymore, it's been 7 MONTHS and it's driving me craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazzzzy!!!
If anyone else has ever been through this, let me know, please, and any advice is welcome! I've tried virtually ALL of MRC's menus, I've tried the hcg shots and for me, of course, they haven't reduced my appetite at ALL, hence, I haven't been able to stick to the 750 calorie diet that is supposed to go along with it. And, yes, I am usually a regular visitor to the gym. I just haven't done it much lately due to the low calorie diet I am supposed to be sticking to. I've come close, though, at times, so it doesn't really allow much for a lot of exercise.
