I use the books that I brought and the kit when I was a member. Other then that not too much is going on just enjoying family time and relaxing this weekend. I will have to look up those app's. Yes it has been maybe 10-15 yrs since I swam. I will swim for leisurely. I had back surgery last August and I am looking for workouts safe for my back. How was your day today?
