I would overall like to lose between 20 and 30 pounds. I'll be really happy with 20 to start!!! I would like a new, healthier diet that doesn't feel like die with a t. I would like to be able to say I exercise 5 or more days per week with a straight face. I want to be able to maintain my weightloss forever. I'm a lifelong yo-yoer and I'm dang tired of it!

I intend to track everything I put in my mouth. I will try my best to stay within my calorie range each day, but I vow not to beat myself up if I slip up now and again. I will simply look forward to a fresh start the very next day. I intend to get daily exercise. I will join a new team challenge each month to keep things fun and myself accountable. I will reward goals met with non-food items such as a new workout outfit or new gadget of some sort.
I was born and raised on the Oregon Coast and have lived in California's Bay Area for about 12 years. No regrets!

6. Try a Spark recipe or buy something from the Sparks store !!!!
