HELLO! My name is Ariel. :) I'm 19 years old and a rising sophomore in college.

And then college started. I devolved into a mess of bingeing. I lost motivation to eat healthy, which in turn lead to weight gain, which lowered my self-esteem and continued the vicious cycle.

I want to be healthy again. I want to love myself again. And it all starts here.

I can do it!

STARTING WEIGHT: 134.0 (6-1-2013)
CURRENT WEIGHT: 129.6 (7-10-2013)

STARTING BODY FAT: 23.1%
CURRENT BODY FAT: ??.?%

GOAL WEIGHT: 115.0
GOAL BODY FAT: 15.0%

I also want to set up an incentive system. Progress and motivation is more tangible when there are rewards (besides great physical health, of course!).

130 lbs - new workout shoes
124 lbs (10 lbs lost!) - new workout shorts
120 lbs - more indepth physical/bloodwork
117 (or 115) lbs - iPhone 5 (so much $$$!)
