I am 27 years old, and have always struggled with my weight. I normally weigh around 185, but lately have jumped in weight to 223lbs (an all time high). I have always wanted to hit a target healthy weight, so my goal is to get back to my normal and keep on losing and getting healthier than even before...

1̶9̶8̶ ̶(̶-̶ ̶2̶5̶l̶b̶)̶ ̶=̶ Achieved 23 April 2013 (got my hair done)!

183 (- 40lb) = A new workout outfit (goal - end of July)!
173 (- 50lb) = A sexy dress!
163 (- 60lb) = GOAL! A new swim suit!
I hope to hit this goal on my birthday: 17 December 2013

After this I hope to lose another 10lbs (depending on how I feel):
153 (- 70lb) GOAL! = A tattoo!

Fit into all my old clothes, and then out-small em!

Run a race (I am registered for a 5-miler in July 2013).

Climb ALL three of the highest peaks in the province this summer.


My Program:
Training using the couch to 5k plan on Sparkpeople.

Cardio Thai Kickboxing once a week.

Yoga video 2-3x a week.

Thanks for commenting on my blog :) I try to push myself to at least hit 10,000 a day and when I get near 15,000 start getting real excited, lol last week, not so good though, had a couple of days where didn't even hit 5 grand, however me and hubz were laying around feeling sick PLUS we managed to get in a lot of Dr. Who watching, so i guess everything worked out. Going to try for no days under 15,000 this week though . For being such a tiny little gadget the fitbit really does motivate my behind lol

Thanks for the blog comment! I am LOVING combat and how it is challenging me each day! I am about a week in and am so eager to see the results. I just have to work a little more on the eating....I have really good days most days and every once in a while I have a not so great day, but it's a work in progress. Have a great weekend!
