My journey to a better me !!!!

2011 was NOT a good year for me as a whole. I am SO glad it's over!

2012 is here & I have a new determination to make it a good year in all of the areas I can change.

2013 is here & I've learned many things this year. most imporantly, I did not give up. 2013 will be AWESOME !!!

2013 GOALS
*Lose an additonal 40 pounds
*Finally give up soda completely
*Be able to jog ONE mile without any wogging
*Complete four 5Ks (money permitting) ...

Thank you so much for the Goodie! Have been really struggling to get back on track after holidays! Was feeling kind of down having all our sons leave and I think trying to replace them with food- stupid, I know.
anxious to start back in eating healthy again and feeling better.
Hope your 2012 will be a great year for you filled with lots of God's blessings.
