From flabby to vintage chic!

I'm a mother and wife that has been diagnosed with PCOS and I also have hypothyroidism.

I have issues with losing weight then gaining it back without changing anything and it's over half of what I lost. Then you add in a slow metabolism and basically there you have it in a nutshell.

I am hoping to be more accountable with what and how much I eat and since my family is going GMO free I hope this will help in losing the weight and keeping it off.

Gardening has taught me a lot. One thing for sure is, that I need to be patient and gentle caring for all living things. And, if I neglect caring for them, I will lose them. So today I pray that I will scatter patience and gentle love on all living things around me.
