The hardest part of exercise is STARTING. I hate to exercise but while I am doing it, I think about all the people in the world who are bedridden or in a wheelchair and can't get up and exercise. Like the commercial Professor Stephen Hawking made in which he said "I can't understand why people want to sit all day."
Set the kitchen timer for three minutes and START. When it goes off, quit. You did your exercise. Honestly. But if you want to do more then, keep going. 1 day ago
