I follow Maximized Living eating plan.
I work out 3 times a week with weights, do zumba and aerobics classes.
I walk 1 hr. most days

I have been married to my DH for 34 years
I have 2 boys and 3 grandchildren

Other Information:
I read books mainly about health. Mystery, true crime and some non-fiction books also interest me.
I meditate for 20min most days and attend

Thank you for your comments on my blog "Hard to stay positive and motivated." I know I need to work harder to track my nutrition better. I do Ok for a day or 2 then I slip and don't track it. Thanks for the reminder. Hugs Pat
