This picture was taken the day before I quit smoking - New Year's Eve 2007. It is proof that smoking didn't help me stay thin and neither did quitting. It's humiliating. I think I weigh more now than the day I delivered my son. (And trust me - I was BIG that day!) The girl in the picture is my best friend and she is getting married in the summer of 2009. I'm here so I can look good in my bridesmaids' dress.





This was me when I felt I had "lost all the baby weight" and still felt fat. Looking back, I looked pretty darn hot! I want to be smaller than that for my BF wedding. (Which is why I'm giving myself over a year! lol)

Hi! Welcome to SP! Tracking your food is a great way to start! Its amazing when I started how many calories...and empty calories I was taking in! LOL Good luck reaching your goal! I'm sure you will be a beautiful bridesmaid!

ARtimus...whooo hooo your here. Your gonna love this place....its magical.

I started just tracking what I was eating I didn't even try to change anything I just kept watching the result of my eating, and soon I'd be like oh..I'm not getting enough calicum so I'd change that, and anyway you get inspired big time around here and all the little changes start adding up in a big way.

Pick three goals like track your food, fitness, and water, and your best friend better watch out because you may very well out shine the bride. lol
