My Goals:
Change the way I view food to that as the fuel for my body and mind to perform at it's best!

Eliminate harmful, processed foods and beverages from my diet.

Get fit!

Balance my blood sugar, cholesterol, and hormones.

Be at my ideal weight by August 1, 2014 so that I can finally throw out all those stretchy pants!

My Program:
Proper portions at every meal and staying within daily recommended macronutrients and caloric intake range!

Absolutely NO processed, fast, convenience or refined foods!

Tracking my nutrition here on SparkPeople to ensure success!

Working out in a variety of ways either 6x per week OR to burn 3,500calories per week.

Born and raised in Austin, TX but currently living near San Francisco, CA with my husband of 9 years and my two kids: Emily, 7 years and Nolan, 2 years.
