My Goals:
Change the way I view food to that as the fuel for my body and mind to perform at it's best!

Eliminate harmful, processed foods and beverages from my diet.

Get fit!

Balance my blood sugar, cholesterol, and hormones.

Be at my ideal weight by August 1, 2014 so that I can finally throw out all those stretchy pants!

My Program:
Proper portions at every meal: 2C vegetables/fruits, 3oz lean protein, 1/4C WHOLE grains.

Absolutely NO processed, fast, convenience or refined foods!

Eliminate caffeine & alcohol.

Reduce saturated fats like those found in red meats, cheeses, cow's milk, etc.

Taking the 28-to-Great Barre3 workout challenge, walking/running 3x per week and doing strength-training workout DVDs at home.

Born and raised in Austin, TX but currently living near San Francisco, CA with my husband of 9 years and my two kids: Emily, 7 years and Nolan, 2 years.
