My Program:
* Make healthy food choices. Have balanced meals. Eat in moderation. * Exercise at least 5 days each week. Change exercise routine every 4-6 weeks. * Maintain a positive attitude. * Develop good sleeping habits. * Daily affirmations.
Other Information:
I am an avid reader and love of jigsaw and crossword puzzles. I also enjoy to garden, watching TV mysteries, BBC, NPR, writing, travel and cooking.
