Hey there! I have been on Sparkpeople since 2008. To be honest, I have fallen much more than I have been successful but I keep trying. Since 2008 I had lost about 20 lbs and kept it off until I got married in October 2013. Slowly, I have seen the pounds pack back on. I don't want to fall into bad habits so I am trying my hardest to get back on track and lose what I gained plus some!

My Goals:
Short term goal: Lose 10 lbs by August 2014!

Mid-term- lose 30 lbs by Christmas 2014

Long term-Be in the 140's by next summer!

My Program:
II stick to:

3 small meals and 3 snacks daily.

-1300-1500 calories a day

- Gym work outs w/ strength training 3x per week. 2 times per week elipical at home.

-8 glasses of water or more a day

-at least 5 fruits and veggies a day

-No eating after 8pm


Personal Information:
I am from the little old state of DE but just moved to Maryland just minutes from the DE line. At least I can say that I've lived in 2 different states! lol

Thank you for stopping by my blog. You are right..I need to get off that darn thing...it's so hard though..almost every day I have the inkling to take a sneak peak. I think after I weigh in tomorrow I'm going to ask my husband to hide the scale and only bring it back out next Tuesday night so that I can weigh in next week. If I can just stay off the darn thing maybe I will lose my daily weigh obsession!

I have the same issue about snacking at home... That time when I walk in the door until dinner is done. Maybe I will FB message you for accountability if I am struggling when I get home lol. We can do this!!
