Hey there! I have been on Sparkpeople since 2008. To be honest, I have fallen much more than I have been successful but I keep trying. Since 2008 I had lost about 20 lbs and kept it off until I got married in October 2013. Slowly, I have seen the pounds pack back on. I don't want to fall into bad habits so I am trying my hardest to get back on track and lose what I gained plus some! 2015 is a new beggining for me and I am going to work my hardest to lose 30 lbs by my 30th birthday on May 3rd! ...

My Program:
II stick to:

3 small meals and 3 snacks daily.

-1300-1500 calories a day

- Gym work outs w/ strength training 2x per week. 3 times per week elipical at home.

-8 glasses of water or more a day

-at least 5 fruits and veggies a day

-No eating after 8pm


Personal Information:
I am from the small state of Delaware but currently just live over the border in Maryland. I love electronic dance music, dancing, and shopping. I also love to play dress up and model wedding dresses!

Great job on pushing through your workout last night!! I did my next workout on Daily Burn: True Beginner and it was harder than the last two I will say. Only burned about 192 calories but my legs are still burning today!! I did order Hip Hop Abs last night. I love Shaun T as a trainer and I highly enjoy Rockin Body. I want to try T25 one of these days but need to get in more shape and prove that I'm on track for real this time because it's quite pricey. I can't wait to get it in the mail! :)

How was your workout last night? I also like going to the gym better than working out at home. I don't have a gym membership anymore though so I do what I can at home. Recently my treadmill died so I am unable to run in the winter which bums me out because I actually miss it...weird I know. I can't wait till it gets warmer out and the ice melts so I can go. I did my Daily Burn again last night. It was really easy again but when I got up I was sore in the areas we worked so maybe it's not as easy as I think? IDK. I said I'd try it for a full week so I will. :) Anyways, I hope you have a GREAT Thursday! The weekend is almost here!
