New Goal: Weigh Less by January 1

I know it is not wise to predict the results of our weight loss, but still it is good to be hopeful and work hard to make new habits that will lead to better health.

By January 1, 2015 I hope to weigh less and be healthier, It can only happen if I do the necessary steps on a daily basis.

I don't know what your doctor recommended but I read
WHY WE GET FAT AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT by Gary Taubes and he has a NO SUGAR/NO STARCH Diet in appendix 1.
It's a low carb diet where you get your carbs from non-starch veggies, and you avoid sugars (even limits fruit). When I stick to it, the pounds melt off. It's worth looking at. I don't believe in low-carb diets that advocate lots of healthy fat...I still limit my fat and fall well within Spark limits.
