Becoming the person I should have been!

I am a 35 y/o female who is working toward becoming a better, healthier version of herself. I am learning how to eat healthier and make better food choices and I am limiting my intake of sugary sweets.

I just started my Day one of Couch-to-5K,
must say my heart felt like it was about to pound out of my chest, my lungs were hurting from trying to catch my breath, my calves were aching, feet were hurting, and I have a huge blister on my left heel---but overall, I say that day ...

I just started my Day one of Couch-to-5K,

Looking forward to Wednesday morning for day 2!
