A Foodie, On a Mission

I made a promise to myself, August 4th marked the day I was tired using food as a coping mechanism, using my lack of energy as an excuse to get off my butt and work out. I started making 2 challenges to myself per week, and I've stuck to them. Yes, it was, and still is a challenge, but I know I'm getting closer and closer to my goal; overall health and happiness.

My Program:
So, for the first month (August 2013), I challenged myself each week with a food related challenge, and a fitness challenge. It kept things fresh and exciting, and I think it really kept me interested.

Began juicing 8/19/2013 - one of the best things I've done thus far. It really has helped curb my cravings, given me additional nutrients I may lack, and overall, is DELICIOUS.

My fitness is :30 daily cardio. I also switch it up with some cardio/strength training videos via Youtube (FitnessBlender and CafeMom are GREAT tools!)
