I'm a teacher who's working three part-time jobs and going to grad school. I love to cook and hate to exercise. My Goals:
I want to be healthy and in good shape, and I'd like to be back to the size I was in college, only without the "tummy". I think this will end up being about 20# less than the size I was in college...

My Program:
I've started using the SparkDiet, and I'm trying to exercise at least 30 minutes a day -- I'm trying to get to the gym for biking, running, and swimming. I've been pretty good at the "at least 30 minutes" thing, so I'm trying to add in strength training at least 3x/week, if not 6x.

Teacher (music, English, and ESL)

Other Information:
I love to cook, and my other hobbies are reading and cross-stitching. Very sedentary! We also like to go camping and hiking, so I'm trying to get my knee and hip in shape so I can backpack without pain.

You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time. When you begin the challenge you'll have no idea how long it will take to get to the top, but you know you will with the support of your team.
