My Goals:
- Get out of bed on time and commit to at least 10 minutes of exercise a day.
- Walk outside at least twice a week.
- Weigh and measure everything I put in my mouth.
- Put a WooHoo! in the WooHoo! Jar every day and choose one thing a day that deserves a WooHoo!
-Be gentle with myself and realize that I am human and have human emotions.

My Program:
-I am using SparkCoach's Consistency and Motivation plan.
- I am following SparkPeople's menu plans and using SparkRecipe's recipes. I am eating delicious food!
- I am using Coach Nicole's workout videos. I love Coach Nicole!

Other Information:
I love to make my own jewellery. I love movies, and science fiction/fantasy novels.
