Hi! I joined SparkPeople a few years back, then got way off track. Now I've returned with new motivation and a much better attitude. My home is filled with fitness equipment I've spent money on and not used to their fullest potential - waste of money if I don't get back to it. My new goals include getting healthy, and having to buy a new wardrobe of regular size clothing.

My Program:
stationary biking and Wii workouts. Having fun works for me.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I felt so badly for my friend when she was comparing her progress with another friend and wondering why she couldn't lose weight like her. The hard truth is that it is harder for some to lose weight. This program takes each person's fitness ans activity level into account when suggesting their nutrition recommendations. It does work, just works differently for each!
