my ideal goal would be to lose 200 lbs but as of right now i would be happy losing any weight at all. im here mostly for support. id like to find some people with my similar interest and needs or people who have lost over 100lbs can give me some insight. in return i can be a support to someone else. to be healthier. to be able to walk the mall without everything on me starting to hurt.to get on an airplane or a bus without getting that " please dont sit your big ass next to me" look. to be able to say that i accomplished one of my biggest goals. to take me a nice trip to jamacia in my new body

My Program:
moderation. portion control. no sodas. moving more. no processed food. meal prepping is going to be key for me!!!! and getting that water in. staying motivated. praying for guidance daily.

Whether you have 200 lbs or 20 lbs to lose, I recommend checking out the Spark Teams - there are so many to choose from, you're sure to find other people 'like you' to interact with. You might also check out Challenge Central for guidance and those are another source for friends and accountability.
