I noticed you made a great start with your Sept steps, hope you are ok. If you've fallen by the wayside over the last few days, don't worry about, just step right back onto that healthy road ahead of you. You can do it - no matter how small and big the achievement.

still getting used to sparkpeople website...i am not able to post in stuff for two reasons...one thhat i do not know how many calories i am eating because of the indian food that i get and i am not sure that its listed on sparkpeople...two because tomorrow i shall be shifting in two or three days to a new room..one with a balcony and cool air where i can do my yoga and a staircase which i can use to climb....hence deliberately not put in any records for fitness because i want to get used to the site more and more and then post...am doing about 3 minutes of exercises every day but its not much...and i have started logging my food....
