It's GOT to work this time!!!

I'm 68 and need to lose 200 lbs. I'd like to do that by the time I'm 70. That's 2 lbs./week. Not too much to ask...but I always lose motivation and gain back what I've lost. NOT THIS TIME!

My Goals:
Lose 1 lb./week.
Eat a plant based diet.
Exercise 30 min./day.

My Program:
I'm using the SP Nutrition Tracker every day.
My menus reflect that I've signed up in the Diabetes Program and as a Vegetarian.
Exercise Videoa have started me on an exercise program (20 min. 3x/week now, aiming for 30 min./wk.

Other Information:
My main interest is my Church, tho I've cut back on activities so I can focus on getting healthier. I make rosaries for the missions.
I like to read: so called escape lit. like mysteries, romance, esp. women writers with female protagonists.
I watch movies: the current "wanna sees" are Reds2 and Despicable Me2.
Jigsaw puzzles and sudoko keep my brain active.
And watch a few selected tv programs: Castle and NCIS reruns, Rizzoli and Isles, Fallling Skys and now, The Bridge.
